Cash on delivery must be handed to the delivery employee once he has reached your desitnation. A reciept will be provided from the driver. We are curently accepting only cash on delivery and will be having a fresh account payment gateway. We use Areeba to secure your online payments and information. We do not store your informations details for any use other than the current transaction you are preforming.
Hailo does not offer a return policy. Only exchange can occur within 7 days of receiving your order. All items purchased are non-refundable. If you would wish to exchange an item, it is possible via email [email protected] You can as well make a new order and write in your note box and check out page (exchange for order #123 or the name of the item that you want to exchange. Kindly show the order receipt and image of the box in reselling condition. If the item you received is not the item purchased, contact customer care for assistance. +96170506365
Hailo is not reliable to any damages made to the item once the item is received by the buyer. We insure that you receive the item from our team in a professional manner and in excellent, original condition.
Delivery fees fluctuated between 1$-3$ depending on location. If you wish to make an exchange a second delivery fee will be charged for the completion of your request.
You may place orders 24/7 at your own conveinence.
Delivery: We deliver in 1-3 working days beirut. 2-5 working days outside of beirut. You will be contacted by one of Hailo drivers in advance to insure that someone is available for item retrieval. A non-refundable fee of 1$-3$$ will be charged on each purchase.
Pre-Order: Some items may be available for pre-order. You will be contacted when your item(s) is ready.
Loyalty Points: Loyalty points begin to accumulate on your first purchase. For each dollar you spend, you will be rewarded 2 point. Rewards will be announce when ready.
Promo Codes: Given by hailo or vendors, you are able to use your promo code within the month it is given. Promo codes are announced on our social media platforms, website and app banners, or collaborating influencers.
Items Unavailable: If in any case the item you have ordered is unavailable, you will be contacted by an employee for a replacement offer. Alternatively, you are able to cancel this order and get a refund.
