Wok pan, Ballarini brand, Amalfi Gold® range, diameter 28 cm, with a height of 7.5 cm, made of aluminum with non-stick coating, PFOA free and on the outside, covered in an attractive golden coating, made in Italy.

The dishes in this range have a non-stick coating of the CORTAN type (3 layers), very resistant to high temperatures and easy to clean. Thanks to the innovative technology used by BALLARINI in the production process of the CORTAN coating, the pan/saucepan remains non-stick even in the complete absence of oil or other fats in the cooking process.

It is made of forged aluminum, very thick and harmless. The shape of forged aluminum is given by pressing pure aluminum (98%). This process is a difficult and long-lasting one, but it is an additional guarantee that the pan will not deform.

The base of the pan provides very fast heating and an even distribution of heat over the entire inner surface of the pan, so the shape or position of the food in the pan does not matter.

It has an ergonomic, thermally insulated handle for a perfect grip. It is equipped with steel protection at the base of the handle to ensure safety and long-term resistance, as well as to prevent wear.

The pan can be used on gas, electric and ceramic hobs. It can be washed in the dishwasher.
