Optimal oxygen enhancement for the full development of the bouquet. A wine poured with mono aero has 42% oxygen saturation, but only 15% when poured directly from the bottle. Too much oxygen can damage a wine, therefore after pouring, we recommend corking the bottle with the mono air tight bottle stopper. Born in Wülfrath in 1947, Fried Ulber originally studied mechanical engineering, but then he followed his original career path by studying industrial design in Wuppertal. As an independent designer since 1973, he is much in demand, and at the head of his class in his understanding and handling of stainless steel, a material that allows him to express his preference for clarity of form.
