Highly versatile, you can also use the pan to make omelettes and scotch pancakes. It also has a chunky handle to easily maintain a secure grip whilst flipping the contents over or up in the air. There’s no need to worry about not catching them with its large flat surface, leaving you with a delicious, evenly cooked finish every time. The Colourworks Blue Crêpe Pan is suitable for use on almost hob types except induction. So, you can safely make pancakes on solid plate, gas, halogen, ceramic and radiant ring hobs. It’s a doddle to clean up too. You can either rinse it by hand with warm water, or pop it in your dishwasher. Storing it away is just as convenient. You can hang it from a rack with its integrated hanging loop.
