• Efficient, self-drizzle of food; the specific shape of the lid, its weight
and the drops ensure that moisture does not escape from the pot.

Other advantages for even more fun while cooking: easy to clean, longer lifespan and greater
scratch and heat resistance.

enameling technology.
• Suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.

Laurent Tourondel (USA), Hiroyuki Hiramatsu (Japan) and Stefan Stiller (China).
• Made in France.
The advantages of enameled cast iron
Enameled cast iron is a combination of high-carbon iron with an enamel coating that
consists mainly of glass. It is one of those materials that retain heat very well,
transferring it slowly and distributing it absolutely evenly - on all types of stoves, including induction. Enamelled
cast iron also preserves cold. It is completely sufficient
to place the prepared dish in the refrigerator before serving.
Staub humidification system
Thanks to the high-quality workmanship of the cocotte lids, less
condensation escapes during the cooking process. After a cooking time of 55 minutes, the Staub cocotte contains 10% more moisture than
competing products.* The self-humidification system is based on knobs that
are distributed over the entire surface on the inside of the lid. They ensure that the condensation liquid continuously "rains"
onto the food being cooked. The Staub lid system for self-drip cooking is
nine times more efficient than conventional lids.**
